JONATHAN PALACI, Director and Pastoral Counselor

Jonathan serves as Director and Counselor of Heart To Heart Care & Counseling. He has been a pastor and counselor for over 15 years. 

Jonathan holds a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University in Virginia and a B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Trinity University in Chicago. He is currently working on his second MA in Leadership from Southern Seminary. He is a Certified Counselor with the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) and is certified with Prepare Enrich, a marriage counseling organization. He also serves as an Emotional Health and Family Assessor for families with the North American Mission Board.

Jonathan's area of emphasis and passion is Marriage & Family Counseling. He leads marriage groups and retreats that help strengthen and restore marriage and families.

He also currently serves as the lead pastor of Gateway Baptist Church, Florida and has been married for over 15 years to wife Marilyn and has 3 children.

Luis Villamil, LMFT

Luis is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is passionate about helping adolescents, adults, and couples heal from past wounds and rediscover their identity and worth. He believes that many emotional and relational struggles are rooted in unresolved pain, trauma, and negative self-beliefs formed early in life.

Luis uses a holistic approach that combines Christian counseling with evidence-based therapies to address issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, and more. As a married adoptive parent, he brings both professional insight and personal compassion to his work. Luis is known for being engaged and present in every session.

He walks alongside his clients with honesty and care—offering hope, healing, and a path forward for those ready to begin the journey.
